For nearly 25 years, the Øresund Bridge has connected Denmark and Sweden. We celebrate this with a unique journey of 21.0975 km in running shoes – through the tunnel, over the island of Peberholm, and up on the impressive Øresund Bridge. Running a half marathon over the Øresund Bridge from Denmark to Sweden is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Bridge running is a racing tradition that has featured several half marathons over the Great Belt Bridge, and the most recent Bridge Run took place on September 9, 2017.
